Schedule An Appointment

We want scheduling your child's care to be simple and convenient. Appointments may be scheduled by calling our office or through the patient portal. To ensure each child has the time they need, our team may contact you after a self-scheduled appointment to confirm that the appointment type and length are appropriate for your child's concerns. If additional time is needed, we'll work with you to find the best appointment.


Please plan to arrive on time for your visit so we can provide every family with the attention they deserve. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you. Depending on the day's schedule and the needs of other patients, however, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to stay on time and provide high-quality care for all of our patients. If you think you may be running late, please give us a call. Whenever possible, we'll work with you to find the best solution.

  • Appointment Required

    All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency.

  • Sick Appointments

    We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the day that you call us. Please call our office or use the portal to schedule for a sick child appointment.


    If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to an appropriate facility.

  • Well Appointments

    Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.


    Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.

  • Non-Emergency Walk-Ins

    Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
